Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, please follow our simple return process:

  1. If you’re dissatisfied with your order, you must contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Reach us using this contact form or call 215-703-0100.
  2. After receiving approval from our team, you have 7 calendar days to ship the item(s) back to us. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  3. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Note: Perishable items, custom orders, or items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for returns. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
