Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, please follow our simple return process:
- If you’re dissatisfied with your order, you must contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Reach us using this contact form or call 215-703-0100.
- After receiving approval from our team, you have 7 calendar days to ship the item(s) back to us. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Note: Perishable items, custom orders, or items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for returns. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
